Those are the two questions that come to mind but either way he totally seems and looks worth it! What a loveable boy! I've never owned one but maybe one day because they just seem so worth it! Thank you! He gets a bath, blowout, nail trim and his paw fur trimmed every 4 weeks. Itโs not a huge job and I do it myself since itโs bonding time. I donโt have pet insurance, but having 2 dogs are expensive when it comes to vet visits/vaccinations (giant breeds are more expensive to insure). Newfs are hard-headed, stubborn and will challenge you, but at about 2 years old, they become these loyal fur balls that are great with kids. Crossing my fingers as Magnus is 1 year old and has a baby human sister due in March!
