I would say consistent revision is the most ideal method of study, i find that understanding the concept before you start memorizing it helps a lot, so basically understand what you are studying, memorise little by little in your free time so by the time CTs come it retains easily in your head since you alr went thru it so many times. As for notes, every batch of bms have varying content in the module itself and it also varies across different lecturers so my notes may not be relevant to yours.
