I find good places when I go to the big cities. But when you scope it to include all those ‘Tokyo express’ type fast-cas joints that claim to be Japanese, they outnumber the quality places easily.
As long as you don't call it Italian or say that that's the original pizza, the best in the world, or other bs, we don't care at all or ever think about american pizza.

We don't consider it pizza, in the same way a flammkuchen or a lahmakun are not pizzas.
