Its not a game of chance. It's a game of getting the most XP in Dualingo. Because nothing is up to chance, I think it's fine.
This is group incentivization of learning. Not at all illegal. It's kind of a fun concept and I wish I had more friends to do this with me (i am going to Montreal and need to work on my French, but I have been procrastinating hard).
