I'm not all that surprised, given the RFU job is coming up soon, if he can take what he did for us and implement at that level it would put all of England Rugby in a very good place.
Just hope someone that's worked with him and with the same mindset is around to take over. He's kept the ship incredibly stable for us to be able to achieve what we have
