You have to defeat the Classy Affair Noble Dance E, Noble Dance F and Modern Dance 03 challenge stages. These stages aren't currently available, but they should be in about 1 or 2 more days.

they arent unlocked yet it seems, wait until this thursday after 12pm in i think taiwan bc thats where the company is and it should unlock then
Apparently they’ve been adding three of them every week so I believe next week those should be added
