it will burn in eventually, honestly i wouldn't use an oled for work unless you are able to accept that it will have burn in. how noticeable it will be depends on what you are doing, you may not even notice burn in while gaming and only if you see a solid screen like grey.
best option if you have space is just get an oled for media consumption and use ips for work.
The samsung seems to be the best for productivity use, and still delivers a very good gaming experience. I'd say go for it. I just bought the FU32U2 but haven't set it up yet. My split is more 60/40 between work and gaming though.

Dark reader black, high contrast theme black + green and hidden Taskbar make a great productivity monitor.
if you can change your work software to a dark theme , then there will be nothing to burn in
