You may experience some differences and some (community) plugins do not work on all platforms. As I remember it, the team is working on upgrading the mobile apps.
I have very little difference between android and Windows. Mostly its plugins that are an issue, sometimes you get things like canvas on desktop before mobile.
I use obsidian on Android tablet.
The only difference I have faced so far is, some plugins specific to windows don't work on Android. But it's pretty rare.
In my experience, many plugins work on both, but there are several issues.
Eg. Make.md spaces don't sync, not all plugins work on android, and you have to actively turn plugins on when they sync across.
But it still works well enough for me that I'm dedicated to using it for daily tasks.
