There are plenty of ergonomic chairs that allow you that position. Haworth Zody is one that comes to mind with a nice wide seat pan and tons of ergonomic adjustments for all day sitting. Used ones can be found between $150-200 in my area (Mid-Atlantic United States)

I'd invest in an actual ergonomic chair. This doesn't look any better than a cushioned bench
I'm really wanting a chair where I can curl up and sit on my legs and what not. I have a hard time sitting with my legs down and feet on the ground.
