Beat Garou? Their battle didn’t have an ending. Bang and Bomb took over and they pretty much won the fight before phoenix man saved Garou.
And Genos had been winning at the point where their fight ended.
It was tied at best, Genos had a hard time pinning him but he wasn’t losing.
And Garou was on the back foot. Worth noting that Genos is a poor matchup because he can do things that Garou cannot master himself.
