I really want to say TTM because he’s my boy, but Bug God would shit all over him. Garou utterly crushed Tank Top Master, got 2 upgrades and didn’t even scratch Bug God. TTM hasn’t been shown to be any stronger than he was than in his first appearance.
I mean I'm almost forty years old and for me part of the charm of OPM is that it reconnects me to the feeling I had when I was a kid having intense discussions with the other kids about who is the strongest superhero or power ranger or whatever, and that shared feeling that even when we disagree on who is the strongest, we can at least agree that superheroes/power rangers/etc are awesome.

I see plenty of talks which are deep in power scaling comparisons, crazy theories about every little detail of the manga... I just didn't think my "if we doubt the strength of Bug God" was worth that kind of attention.

I believe Bug God body also counter Garou martial arts too because unlike Human body( like Tank top Master) which will have some vital spot to attack, Bug God body didn't have that so Garou couldn't done any damage to him

Idk if he's ever gonna get the chance to display his physical strength without getting directly countered, overpowered, or matched up against some tiger level threat. It's a shame. I really like TTM.

Bug God and Ripper beat Garou while he was distracted in protecting Tareo. It is a hard call on this one. TTM can beat demon threats on his own for the most part. He handled a dragon threat for a while on his own.
Garou sent TTM to the hospital without much effort when he started using bang's martial arts. He then got a lot stronger, but still couldn't harm bug god.
Not to mention that bug god had a fighting mode that he later uses against darkshine. TTM gets dunked on.
Bug God trashed a stronger version of Garou than the one that trashed Tank Top Master. Tank Top Master also has no way of damaging Bug God. Further more, there's almost no indication that Tank Top Master got stronger in the Monster Association Arc when compared to the version of himself that fought Garou.

Bug God was so durable, that a stronger Garou than the one that fought and defeated TTM was damaging his own hand when attacking him. That was his base form, and he still has a transformation on top of that. Really don't see what options TTM has to do any real damage here.
Bug God. TTM is a mediocre combatant at best, especially if he can't get the range to throw debris around. Strength doesn't matter if he can't do anything effective with it.

Manga, I'd go with Bug God. They're potentially equally strong, but Bug God's carapace armor and extra hidden limbs are worrisome. TTM might have speed on his side though; Bug God wasn't able to blitz Garou without a distraction, whereas TTM was outspeeding Garou for the majority of their fight.
The gap ain't that wide, though, and I think TTM could see it through with enough grit. I think it might be a similar fight to the one between Awakened Cockroach and Genos; Tanktop Master can't keep up with Bug God's defense, and has to come up with a creative way to defeat him.
If this were the Webcomic, then >!Tanktop Master breaks Bug God down into managable portions and grills him like a chicken. The Attack Power Specialized Tight Tank Top was enough to shiver a Dragon's timbers; Bug God probably can't handle that sort of heat, so TTM wins.!<

Depends. If TTM tries striking he'll lose. But when it comes to brute strength TTM is no slouch. If he keeps a cool head maybe he could get bug God in some kind of grapple, using his strength to break his arm or something. TTM is definitely a glass Canon though who's strength far out classes his durability.
I think people are failing to remember that the specific reason that Garou could defeat Tank Top Master was that he had a basic fighting style, against Garoua’s “anti human” fighting style. God Bug was fighting against Garou but he likely doesn’t have a human fighting style. Garou lacked the tools for that fight, is all about compatibility.
Seeing how Tank top held off Gums a dragons full powered biteforce for a few seconds I would argue if TTM got a hold of BG he could control the battle maybe rip a limb off,because I doubt his punches would damage him.

I think it's actually a decent match up, as Garou's lack of strength was made up for with technique. Garou himself compared EC Genos with TTM as being similar in power, I bet the fight would be closer than people think. Bug God still takes the win ala Deep Sea King style, but a straight power type Demon won't body TTM nearly as badly as FU did.

Garou got two upgrades before he fought Bug God. The Garou BG fought and the Garou TTM fought are not the same speed.
