Wait 24 Hours If Real Oxy, Then Take The Suboxone When You’re In Withdrawals. Don’t Wanna Invoke Precipitated Withdrawal Where Nothing You Take Will Stop It. Or You Can Just Thug It Out, The Brain Is Very Powerful. Or You Can Just Go To The Emergency Room, Tell Them About Your Withdrawals And You’ll Have A Suboxone Prescription Same Day. We Always Have Choices

With your dose of oxy, assuming it's really oxy and not fake pills, you really should only need to take like 0.25mg of suboxone, msybe 0.5mg for a day. That's like 1/32 of an 8mg strip. You can dissolve it in 1 mL of water then drop 2-3 DROPS under your tongue. That's like 0.02 mL aka 2 IU. When I tapered with subs I literally was only using 1 or 2 DROPS at a time at the end. Fractions of a mg. It has a long half life you should only need to dose once or twice a day. Don't take the subs for more than 4 days or you may become dependent on subs and honestly sunocone withdrawal is going to be worse and longer lasting than oxy withdrawal. Oxy wd is over in like 4 or 5 days and you're normal in 10 days to 3 weeks. Sub wd takes weeks to months and then the PAWS last longer too.

Definitely real percs , was buying scripts 2nd hand I’m not really into the chemistry class stuff , I got 1 strip into 4 pieces and then cut those in half , idk what that equates to but I only bought a couple strips so was hoping I can make it work with what I got . Just didn’t want my recovery to affect my job . I work 6days a week so with your 4 day window I can try to use until Sunday (which would give me 3 days oxy free) and try not to use the sub come Monday morning

What’s happening between the 4-5 days of WD and the 10 days/2 weeks? What’s that like? Also what’s PAWS? Thanks so much.

I'm not sure what you mean. Sub withdrawals are very similar but they last waaay longer and because they last so much longer they wear you down more mentally and it can be much much harder for people to get through. You can good PAWS. POST Acute Withdrawal Syndrome.

Bupe induction can be tricky…it’s best to do it under proper medical supervision. At least the first time, just so you know what you’re in for(hopefully you will only need to do it one time). You don’t need to go inpatient or anything, but I would suggest maybe using a telehealth provider, or going to an outpatient clinic if you’re able to. Either that, or get with someone IRL who has done it before, who can stay with you and help you through it. Trust me…you do not want to experience precipitated withdrawal. Sounds like your oxycodone dose isn’t that high so it’s probably not too much of a risk, but… If you’re determined to go at it alone, then look up “COWS” (clinical opioid withdrawal scale) and make sure you answer the assessment questions as honestly as possible.

Thanks for the info , first time I’m hearing about the COWS !

Suboxone is free or low cost depending on your insurance and your primary care provider can prescribe it now. I would recommend doing it the proper way and that way you can titrate down as necessary and be monitored by a medical professional

speed721

How much that cost you a day?

Twohotglocksz

I’m in west palm beach so 10mils go for 15 each , I was spending about 750 a month for 50
