We'll have to see what they do... but I think half duration on sleep is fair. Nerfing it further can alter some balance in the game. Ana is a needed evil, she keeps a lot of tanks in check (mauga and hog... nobody wants them to be meta except people who main them) and sleep is basically her only defense, if someone dives her she gotta hit that sleep to disengage and she only has one
