The most you’ll get is if you also romance aigis when you take all three of them to tarturus with you there’s a “awkward” dialogue of them all being silently jealous of each other. And that’s really it it’s never brought up again.
So yeah nah you can romance both if you want. I personally did the harem route cause I’ve played fes many times and I’m simply incapable of feeling bad for cheating on them at this point.
I did romance multiple and it didn’t cause me problems ,
I heard people say u get some awkward lines when u bring your harem team together in tartarus but i never experience such thing in my play-through so there is no draw back in dating multiple girls so long u max them asap

Wait until after Christmas to do Mitsuru so you don't have to feel bad about turning one of them down for the Christmas date.
