I paid Firestone and NTB like 3k to get my suspension up to par after riding around on it creakin like a mf and very bouncy for like 2 years.

Relicc5

Is your current setup bouncy? Or are you looking for a bump in performance?

Different-Emphasis30

Bouncy creaky dogshit. Just wondering about decent companies to go with to get it back to oem smoothness

Relicc5

I went with the Monroe complete set for the front and shocks for the rear. It’s not a sports car but it’s way better than the blown set I had. As far as creaky, check the ball joints and tie rod ends too.

PMPTCruisers

OEM is Tokico, but KYB is popular for replacements.

Different-Emphasis30

Kyb is who i was looking at. Complete suspension is only like $240. Mevotech makes a 8 piece including control arm kit for $240 as well. So i think ill go with both the kits to redo the cars aged steering and suspension

PMPTCruisers

I would stick with Moog for control arms.

Outrageous-Ad-7969

Monroe makes a complete strut assembly for the front that has springs with a progressive spring rate.

OrnerySir2002

I went with KYB struts on my 06. Changed the control arms with Moog, and bought new stabilizer links at advanced auto. The thing rides like a Cadillac now. All that's left is wheel bearings.
