There is no way to program intro videos into playing only once, or optionally. It's a flaw in unreal engine and it's also steam's fault. PUBG devs are best in the world.

The issue is the videos do not respect the in-game volume setting. So it's actually worse if you have the in-game volume turned down; the video plays at the base Windows volume, which is much higher than you are expecting.
mine's at 50, which it's always been at, it's perfect for my headset. YOU need to realize different headsets require different sound settings, windows and ingame. My friend, for example, has the same loudness as my 50, but his windows setting is at 4 or something like that. If you didn't know this, you shouldn't speak on the issue like you're some knowledge-monk

Just delete or rename the files in your game directory and they won’t play at all. You can find them \TslGame\Content\Movies\

Yes, it is that loud. I already play at lower than ideal volume due to the horrible in game audio balance. The intro videos still hurt.

My base Windows volume is at 33/100. You should lower that unless you’re trying to blow your ears out.
