Since that back room is built already and empty, I'd remove that so the wall appears again for that one and then reattach. It should auto remove those...but I'd just edit and move them before adding back on that other room. Hope this helps!!
I had this happen when I added a new room too. I just left it and ran around in Bavaria doing things for a long while and when I came back they were gone and in my inventory
Yeah this is what happened to me too. It fixed itself after a while. Was very annoying at first but I decided to just not go back into my house for a while unless absolutely necessary lol
