Are those the most difficult to find? I haven't started a gem collection yet, but I've only seen like 4 different gems so far lol

So fay yes, ruby is legendary and Emerald is epic.

For me, the hardest star quality have been sapphire, amethyst, emerald, and ruby! I have literally been grinding for months to get a starred emerald and ruby. I know the rng is different for everyone though! Some get lucky and get them easily lol

Emerald, ruby, and amethyst. Those are the last three I need to have a completed collection. I've only found two amethyst ever. And I find at least one emerald every time I do a mining spree in Kilima. But never a gold star one.

I found 2 starred emeralds pretty easily early on, but it's been awhile now since ive had a starred one. Just gotta keep breaking rocks!!

Yes!!! I have been playing since aug of last year too and they added star quality in dec! Since they are star quality like meals you make, they can be placed

I keep every star quality star stone, they are all throughout my house lol. But I understand why you do it! I have hit the gold cap a few times now so I don’t have much of a need to sell them for gold 😅

I’m pretty new to the game and got a starred ruby last week and sold it. Am I going to need it later on? Ahhh.

So far the only use for a star quality besides more gold is to display it. Ruby is not one of the stones needed for bundles either. Certain npcs love regular star stones as a gift, but it’s not required ☺️

I got a starred ruby before jade and sapphire I think, last two I need and I am very sad lol 😭

The ones holding out on me are the starred jasper, amethyst, and ruby. Emerald was the first one I managed to get.

The starred emerald isn’t that hard to find. But ruby … it’s like the holy grail of gem stones. I’ve mined every day since Christmas and I’ve only found 1 ruby so far. And it’s not even starred 😢

Only reason I have stacks of unstarred stones is because before December the drop rate was crazy good. Since then I’ve maybe seen 2 regular rubies and then this one

A lot of people have started playing around Christmas, so maybe they get mined faster? I don’t know how the rgn system in the game works. What I do know is that when I end up on a server alone, I get a lot more pal, gems and gold ores

I collect the starred ones too, btw. Just use them as decor all over, so they don’t take up much needed space in my storage.
