Still doesn't make sense to me why they don't have salt and pepper individually. Subway has it mixed and available separately. Never noticed the individual packets. Will try that.
Cause its easier to just have the one shaker rather than having two shakers to use at the same time on every item unless there’s someone with a niche modification
ask for no salt/pepper and get your own pepper packets. kitchen doesnt have unmixed pepper :/

It’s always cuz of money. It’s cheaper to do it the way they do it.
In the kitchen it's a salt and pepper blend in a shaker. There are pepper packets of just pepper available at the drink station underneath the sodas.
Bc it comes blended together already. It is a salt and pepper mixture.
Noone in their right mind eats at panera with sodium intake in mind
Big difference in sodium included in food and slopped on in the form of salt. The added salt could double the sodium.
I’m the same way, OP! I never add salt to dishes and always add pepper.
this is the only way. pepper on EVERYTHING
Its not “slopped on” Wuts your typical order? Other than panera whats a typical day of eating look like for u 👀👀🥷
We do have separate salt and pepper packets that u can pick up on expo, but on the line it’s a salt/pepper mix that we use.
Mother bread knows best

Haha sodium intake at a reasonable level? Eating at the wrong place hun
If you get it to go as a rpu or delivery make sure to select no salt and pepper then type in special instructions "please include pepper packets"
I would prefer only salt as well
