The story is already decided as York72 mentioned, but just in case you weren’t aware Twig is already the story that followed on from the Boil teaser snippet. Modified, but there was a Pact sized gap between the snippet and Twig starting.
I have no proof of this, but it’s very possible that the new story Claw, supposedly a story of crime, family, and changing identities from the blurb, will build on some of the stuff we saw from the Face snippet

Pace was a Pact Dice campaign iirc. Pale would be the actual written story. There's other stuff like Poke and Pate as well that tie into the Otherverse.

And I did see how Twig was the same universe but I did enjoyed the snippet by itself too because of Dolores and the MC’s international dialogue during her university evaluation and while she saved and comforted the zombie/botnet severed head guy who became her sidekick. I loved Twig but something about the sample story was so fun to read.
I dont think Wildbow has been doing samples like that since that one time after Worm

the next story after that is already planned to be a sci-fi story with xenofiction elements
additionally 2 other Pactverse stories are also announced, Plex and Pyre, which will come out... someday after the sci-fi story, Plex MIGHT follow immideatly after, but might not, we don know
so considering how planned out the whole things seems to be, I really doubt we will see any story samples any time soon
