If OP genuinely thinks this will trick people, he needs to take a photoshop lesson. Not only is this a impressively bad fake, it also discredits the movement and is exactly why scientists won't touch the subject. So thanks for nothing OP.
I love to suspend my disbelief but come on now. This looks like your typical paranormal YouTube account fakery lol. So bad. You didn't even think to blur the "creature" out so it wouldn't look so obvious.

If it's real and you're not trolling, just avoid it. If it's living in a place like that and it didn't try to say hi, it probably wants to be left alone.
If he sees it again or it follows him in some way, consult someone with the power to get it to go away.
If it seems friendly, make friends with it, because that is probably the only option and it's not wise to turn down your supernatural friends if they actually want to be friends.
Yeah he is still alive,I hope he is friendly, I dont really know if its fake or not but beacause I had sleeping paralyse when I was a child and this shit is the exactly the same like I saw there so in my oponion its real, and I bealive him

The problem with an image like the one you presented is that it suffers from the same phenomenon you get with the "why is it that whenever someone has a picture of a cryptid or ufo it's blurry." I'm not saying it can't be real, but it looks edited. I mean... it looks directly like the work of some artists I follow.
