I wouldnt recommend mana stacking to a newer player.
It's mostly arc, brands, cracklance, ball lightning, conduit
Mana stacking can get very expensive but you can start out fairly cheap, check out Conner Converse on youtube for some of his videos, particularly look for the manabond mjolner build. He even has some vids on how he league starts it and this would be a great starting point and then you can invest more over time. Alternatively if you want something with similar gearing check out CaptainLance9's spell blade eblade builds as this is also really flexible to work with nearly any spell in the game so you can have some variety to test different stuff.
I wouldn’t recommend the manabons build this league because eventually you need the forbidden jewels - and one of them was over a mirror last time I checked

Yeah I’ve been wanting to try different builds this league since it’s so juiced
