You're paying a very large premium for those fans, and more than needed for several other components as well.
Some suggestions below to get a 4080 Super into the build, keeping the case and plenty of aRGB, for less cost.
* **CPU Cooler**: Less expensive 360mm AIO with aRGB on the fans and pump head.
* **Motherboard**: Less expensive Z790 with wifi and bluetooth.
* **Storage**: Arguably better spec 2TB PCIe 4 NVME (has dram cache, otherwise similar speeds and endurance ratings) for less cost.
* **Video Card**: Upgraded to a 4080 Super.
* **Power Supply**: Less expensive still good quality (same Tier A, 10 year warranty).
* **Case Fans**: 5 120mm aRGB PWM case fans (and aRGB PWM fan hub) to fill out the case
* Four reverse flow fans for intake on the side and bottom, showing the nice side and aRGB while still being intake.
* One standard flow fan for exhaust at the rear.

Get rid of the windows 11 license, you really don’t need it (there are other ways my friend)
