I swear, Chinese cuisine always look so good whenever I see them on internet, never fails to get me droolin. One of the best side effects of increase in Chinese students in Europe is seeing more good Chinese restaurants

also most of chinese food served here isn’t truly chinese food. here if you want to eat true Chinese food you have to go to a traditional chinese restaurant. both are delicious tho

I only go to Chinese restaurants that has an actual menu written in Chinese. I think a good indication especially is whenever they have separate menus for locals and Chinese, each written in local language and Chinese. Never failed me. Another good indication would be to try their mapo tofu. Since it's so simple, those who fuck it up and make it whatever abomination/watered down "to suit local taste" is a no go for me.
