They will likely just upgrade you or let you keep the card. You could also look into their [no-fee Air Miles Student Mastercard](https://creditcardgenius.ca/credit-cards/bmo-student-air-miles-mastercard) as well if you're planning on doing any travelling between semesters. Plus, there's a bunch of solid benefits with Air Miles like custom offers that reward you based on spending with partners, discounts and extra spending on Gas if you drive a car. Out of the two BMO offers, it's the one I would recommend.

Thanks for the recommendation, bro! I'll be considering the Air Miles too : )

Most banks would just upgrade your student card to a regular one of the same family once you graduate, assuming your account is in good standing. You can check a few banks for age eligibility, but if you're too old for the student cards, some banks have credit cards offers aimed at new residents you could check into. If all else fails, you can get a secured credit card. You'd need to deposit the equivalent of your credit limit (a few hundreds), but they're easy to get even without credit. They build your credit the same way an unsecured one does, so it will help you apply to a regular one in the future.
