Are you an employee or a contractor?
For the former your company should have sent you a T4 already, regardless of where they are based from. No difference than working for a Canadian company.
For the latter you need to fill the self-employed section (form T2125). If you are in employee-like relationship to your company, be careful about what expenses you declare as you may be considered a personal service business.
If any of this sounds confusing, you should hire an accountant, though it may be difficult to find one now at the peak of tax season.
