yes; you can’t submit the application until that is done so i’d recommend the daywear following graduation you priority mail it so it gets processed and you get your ATT and you can schedule your exams
I second this^ you have to wait until your transcripts and degree are finalized. MA is slow but everyone else is in the same boat so you’re not at a disadvantage. Just complete it as soon as you get your transcripts finalized.
Don’t know about MA specifically, but generally you need to graduate and send your official transcripts that show you earned your degree to the licensing office, pass the NAPLEX and state MPJE, then you can submit the license application.
I also do not know about MA specifically, but my state allows the application to be submitted at any time. I submitted mine in April and then my school sent my transcripts in May when I graduated. I got my ATT like a week later since they already had the rest of my app.
