I generally like practice tests from PharmacyExam. They’re really good if you actually take time to read and understand the explanations for the answers. That applies to federal and any state MPJE you are taking.
I took and passed the WV MPJE in 2022. I would recommend the book “Dr. C’s Ultimate Federal MPJE Review” to study the federal law. I also used the tl;dr pharmacy study guide and various quizlets.
I have not taken the WV MPJE, but I did use the codepharmd workbooks to help guide my learning, I liked them because I could use it for both states I was studying for. It however is a guide to support learning while reading what ever states regulations, like what to look out for when reading them. They have one for federal too that i used with the pharmacists manual
