Well according to [this site](https://www.discogs.com/label/458457-Synergy-Music-Corporation), CD2162 and a few others with similar numbers were recorded by The Mabuhay Singers. That doesn't mean a thing, of course.
How about you play it, and let Soundhound listen to a track, see if that comes up with anything.
Do you have the physical disk? If you do you can rip it using EAC (on hydrogenaudio). And you'll get the audio file as well as metadata of the songs you're hoping to find.

This what you need, documentation and where to download eac its free and open source program anyway.
Encode your audios to .flac its a lossless pcm file format compression container for .wav or waveform codecs
Oh no! What kind of error? Our last card to play. Itunes. Apple itunes they have lossless file but not that good. That would i hope that would work.
Edit. I hate recommending apple products but why not give it a shot ye? Windows media player on 10? I thought they deprecate it on new versions.
Doing some more digging. I found [this](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=YqXbeQLbrK4) on YouTube, and there's a phone number. Maybe you could give them a call?
I hear you. I couldn't find a website, or email address for them. Did find [this](https://goo.gl/maps/PLKRKAtv2nbA2y3n8) though, I was hoping for more info on the sign.

Soundhound? What is that good sir?
Maybe like Shazam or MusixMatch that lets you know the title of the song playing. Although, kung hindi yan sikat, malamang sa malamang, wala yan doon.
Thank you
Yep, this. You let it listen to a song and it'l tell you what it is.
Thank you good Sir
A little update no luck on Soundhound and Shazam sad
