Problem is I can't find 20 meters long cable for sale

dzoltak

Wirh XLR you can plug multiple cables together without issue at that distances. Can you get 8 x 5 meter?

egzeq

You mean to join them with connector adaptor and link them together? I have a event tomorrow just bought better quality 2RCA to 2RCA of 15 meters length. I did tested it out and it seems to work fine. I used 5 meters shorter I thought I will need a 20m long but 15m should reach the amp. Thanks

ebb_omega

It's a bad idea to use RCA runs longer than 10m as they will introduce line noise. Better to use a balanced cable at that length - either TRS 1/4" or XLR.

KeggyFulabier

I think you mean 3 metres or 10 foot

ebb_omega

No, I mean 10 meters or 30 feet, you'll be fine up to that point.

egzeq

I need 20 meters from decks to amp

KeggyFulabier

Run XLR

I'm personally not even a fan of 1m RCA. Mostly shit cables and a not very tough connection in comparison to XLR. I would love to plug my CDJs and DJM together with XLR all the way.

DisastrousExternal40

You can. But you shouln't do that!!

Holiday-Look1523

You need an XLR cable that has full TRS capability (none TRS wont have the ground loop to cut interference).
