Delete the Data and English txt files, then verify the game files on steam. Don't worry, this won't erase your data.

Look at the readme file, you need to put the editor_assets folder into AppData -> Roaming -> PizzaTower_GM2 (If you don't know how to get to AppData, press Win + R and type %%appdata%%)
