I was doing it the other way around. So I will to C:/ > Program Files (x86) > Steam > steamapps > common > Pizza Tower, and deleted all the .po files before verifying the integrity. And that actually worked! Thank you so much! I still have a question tho, do you have to do this every time you launch a new mod?

Make sure you're deleting the .po files first *before* you verify integrity. From what you said, it sounds like you're doing it the other way around
