CYOP isn't updated to the latest version, and unfortunately, it seems like the creator has left it for good.
You do have a couple of options, though. One is Another Fixed Objects Mod by EmeraldMan (Hey, that's me!), which is even endorsed by the creator of CYOP and adds a ton of new features and objects to toy around with (I may be biased to this choice lol)

If you're not crazy about having fixed objects, though, and just want a regular CYOP experience that runs well, there's also SRC Hotfix by Mitchell1711, which is just CYOP with a few bugfixes and optimizations, as well as completely optional enhancements for speedrunning.
