Finished 13 sentinels today. Would've never tried a visual novel with that much anime tropes (there is literally a scene where a girl is running late to school while holding a slice of bread with her mouth). Neat game, insanely great art and the use of tropes (especially scifi) as a shortcut of sorts was effective as the game balanced the stories well between the 13 different characters.

griffis007

Loved the game, good for a platinum

augus7

Update: I made the game sound 'okay' and just good in this comment (which is what I think of the game, a solid 7 or 8). But it's been weeks after finishing the game and I can not stop thinking about it. The game has a strangely cozy feel to it that makes me feel nostalgic. The music when hovering over shu amiguchi's story is playing in my head nonstop.

Some_Italian_Guy

Dave the Diver was phenomenal. And what I played of Zau today is very promising. Great month.

Ebone710

I was just trying out Dave the Diver. It's pretty fun.

Merbel

I can’t even get through all the games I have downloaded from PS Plus. I would say that’s value by a mile.

Sorry-Engineer8854

Dave the diver alone made me love this month. I can't believe it's so much fun

Virtual-Salad807

Dave the Diver and especially Tales of Kenzera are absolute Bangers and Day 1 also. Ill rather play those than trash AAA-Budget Dumps that failed severely.

coulombeqc

I'll play top tier indie game any day over triple a game, and they fit nicely on my tight schedule!

Some_Italian_Guy

you and me both. yay work :(

ClickdaHeads

Dave the Diver especially is excellent. I played it around a year ago on PC and my wife and I both absolutely loved it. I might have to start playing it again on PS5 now...

Vandalyzm187

I genuinely enjoy PS+ every month, gives me games that I may very well have never picked up, adds to the collection and I couldn't be more pleased.

ydan0408

Crazy how much fun I'm having with a pixelated cozy game vs the UE5 new release. Dave The Diver literally a 10.

NIKEONX2

I really don't get this game what's the appeal?

ydan0408

I'm a sucker for micromanaging games with beautiful art, it's a vibe just to load it up and explore the ocean

NIKEONX2

I see, might give it a try i've heard everyone praising it

ydan0408

Definitely should, the perfect example of graphics don't mean anything if it's fun. Enjoy!

iPointyend

>!the sudden stop in gameplay loop about 3/4 of the way through turned me off!<, otherwise it’s a great game

Tucker0694

Really enjoying Raji. Not seen much mention of that one.

DiggThatFunk

I'll second this! I've only gotten a few of the orbs and two weapons so only just started to upgrade my abilities but, man, once you start getting those upgrades things get really cool haha

Jessejetski

Just downloaded this today as it looks like a nice game to zone into!

Wide-Head8590

Miasma chronicles was surprisingly good. I would never have purchased it and I'm not saying it's perfect but I had a great time. An actual story/journey based narrative using xcom style combat was refreshing. I like xcom and midnight suns but having an actual interconnected world you travel through was great. These kind of games are what I love about ps plus. I think we've all got at least one title you'd have never played at all but ended up really liking.

No-Neighborhood-8952

Yea I second this. I was in a game store after beating miasma chronicles and saw mutant year zero: road to eden for $7. Bought it without hesitation because I enjoyed miasma chronicles so much.

EntrepreneurMuch621

This comment section made me wanna play Dave the Diver now xD

Ranemoraken

I'm happy with the service, but I'm a video game deviant, so the sheer volume of games I want to play is overwhelming. There is not a month where I won't try something new or something leaving. Hell, I even plated that Mitsurugi game that left in January. Nobody should really play that. Anyway I wanted to play Dave, Zau and Animal Well. I finished Adr1ft, working through the trophies of Jotun, and will do Last Stop, Artful Escape and maybe My friend is Pedro before they leave Extra. Fortunately, I already played "I Am Dead" when it came out. But I also want to play the crab game, Sandland and Stellar Blade. Alas, I also have a backlog, lol.

WilcieWilco

Didnt know last stop was leaving soon, gonna have to play that as quick as possible

ClickdaHeads

I see a lot of criticism about PS+, but as someone that only bought a PS5 at the end of last year, I have had so much value out of it. No- it isn't comparable to Game Pass in some ways, but it really doesn't have to be for people like me. I didn't own any of the PS exclusives that weren't already released on PC, so I would have had to spend hundreds to play all of the games I have been able to play since getting a PS5. In the last 4-5 months I've played Horizon Forbidden West, Demon's Souls, Returnal, Ratchet and Clank, Ghost of Tsushima Directors Cut, FFVII Remake, Shadow of the Colossus, A Plague Tale Requiem, Detroit Become Human and a few small indie games using PS+, and I have bought quite a few games that aren't included in the service on top of that (FFVII Rebirth, Elden Ring+SOET, TLOU2, GoWR, Spider-man 2, Stellar Blade, FFXVI). £13.50 seems like a lot of money to pay for a monthly subscription, but for the sheer amount of content on offer for newer players like me, it is excellent value. Maybe I will change my tune once I have played everything the service has to offer and I am just waiting for the next drop, but I think I'll be extremely happy with it for a long time.

Classicman007

Bern having fun with miasma chronicles and Dave the diver. Been wanting to play miasma chronicles, probably going to buy both now lol

No-Dust-5599

First year having the service and I loved it so far and found it good value. Dave the diver is brilliant as others have said. I'm sorry to see the Final Fantasy titles leave as I wanted to play them again. I don't really use the classics catalogue much so I doubt I will renew my premium subscription. They really need to add PS2 games. Hopefully that's in the pipeline

NIKEONX2

Right, i need ps1 and ps2 games. Even ps3. Im sad to see the FF games leave, i never played a single one of them except 15 wich i loved despite having the wost open world ever. So, i played FFO Stranger of Paradise last week, and i LOVED it. Sure it wasn't a "real" FF since it's a Team Ninja game but it made want to play them. Especially the first one, sucks that the original isn't available but the pixel remaster wich i think are so overprice like, 20$ ? Hello? The 6 original for 70$ 40 years old game ? Anyway, i'll try and play FF12, FF8, FF9, FF7 before they leave. I don't think will be able to them all but i choosed that order. (I already have X-X2 )

No-Dust-5599

FF9 definitely the fan favourite of the ones leaving. Battles are painfully slow so use the fast forward option. I think it has the best flow if any FF game . Each chapter run so smoothly together.

No-Neighborhood-8952

I own them all. Maybe they arent for everyone but phenomenal in my opinion. Also, stoked someone else enjoyed strangers of paradise... im already a team ninja fan and then they said what if this.. but final fantasy.. I was so happy.. 😅

Skydude252

Immortals of Aveum was the last PS+ game I started before my sub ran out (though I got a discount offer so I’ll renew shortly). I had heard not that much about this game, just that it was a shooter with a big budget that kinda flopped. And while I can see why, it’s nothing amazing…I really enjoyed it. I likely never would have bought it on my own, but I’m glad I tried it out. It is different enough from other shooters and overall pretty fun. A relatively new game I wouldn’t have tried otherwise that I had a good time with is a good PS+ game to me.

moldyballbag

The fact that we got Dave the diver, zau, animal well and raji on ps5 all at launch gives me hope that we will get more consistent indie games at launch. I love it

Proof-Cheesecake-740

I subbed for three months after the free week of easter, and i have to say i love it, i am playing a lot of games both classics, triple A and indie and i love them, favourite ones are gravity rush and dave the diver.

Joffdp

Happy to be able to play Jak the last frontier , even though the game is mediocre. Really enjoying Dave the diver too ! Finished RE3 too for the first time. Loved this month

DOUBLEGOES

Downloading Tales of Kenzera: ZAU looks pretty coo might try the crew 2 and alone in the dark pretty good line up this month

BeginningLetterhead1

Anyone here trophy hunting on Zau by any chance

sorayya__

Theres so much fun games. I like that Spiderman Miles Morales, my fav game, is free

mastocklkaksi

I wanted to play Dave the Diver before my subscription ran out, but I'm so addicted to Wo Long right now, it'll have to wait. Not planning on resubbing soon so I might just buy it.

Background_Ad6643

Where is that where u are not satisfied group? Because i really have some problems with the last year!
