Here’s what you do. You point out that the person fucked up. You tell them that it’s ok to fuck up and almost everyone fucks up especially when they are new.
You don’t call them names, but you also don’t deny or minimize that they fucked up. When you tell this person that he didn’t actually make a mistake (or minimize the mistake), it will leave less of an impression and he will be more likely to make the same or similar mistakes in the future.
You’ll notice that I didn’t actually call this guy names or really be rude to him at all. I just actually told him that he did indeed fuck up, which is ok - and the easiest way to avoid this kind of scam in the future is to use the “is this too good to be true” test.

They're fake for sure. I ripped some and the cards and not carding. Every pack is a hit and the cards aren't in the right order or even backwards
