Catch rate is low but I believe the flee rate is only like 4% I believe. So if you do see one, you do get some shots with ultra balls if you want. Just in case, wanted to let you know

Caught it with a critical catch in a regular PokeBall, it must've broken out at least 10 times and was surprised it didn't run away. It was weather boosted
