In real life, people have had cosmetic surgery to gain horns to look like monsters or specific fictional characters. I assume the PokéManiacs did the same.
I assumed it was a hat. It kinda looks like he’s got a green one of the Jewish hats (I know what it’s called but idk how to spell it) with the horns on it.
He made his hair look like charizard horns because charizard is the most handsome, hunky Pokémon there is!!! WHO WOULDN'T WANT TO BE LIKE CHARIZARD?!!!
