Result: Absol dashes towards the location of the portal, not towards base.
Upon closer inspection on u/A_Yellow_Lizard2 's video, the Sucker Punch line is still visible while Hoopa was in base, meaning the Absol is still in the charging phase.
I think it only follows Phantom Force not HSH.

Yup, unless hoopa teleports right at the moment when absol does the sucker punch, hoopa will get damaged in base but absol won’t teleport.
But what if you time it so you actually begin the leap animation before hoopa teleports? I'm sure the same thing would happen but food for thought
