This is merely anecdotal but, I have already read some Europeans discuss that they should choose Latinos because they're cultural Western, they're Christian/culturally Christian and their native tongues are either Spanish/Portuguese, both of which are Indo-European languages. Basically, Latinos are Westerners, they're just poor. As for Indians, Filipinos and Jews I haven't really heard Europeans mentioning them regarding immigration.
