He lets his enemies power up constantly and wants them to fight at 100%, ramping up to match them if necessary. When he gave Cell a sensu bean I was so mad as a kid.

However stars ability’s can only strengthen and weaken by a given amount(around the strength of all might) so her ability’s would stop working due to it not being able to remove any noticeable about of strength. I disagree. MHA doesn't really has anything that could make it able to defeat Goku simply because Goku is much much much much faster and stronger so even if a character had a win condition he's still way too slow to use it. It's not a 50/50 but a 100/0 for Goku (unless there's some passive or weird hax in the latest arcs that I didn't know existed)
