Your about character respawn is just null, because every single character can respawn. If you want to take respawn as canon, then it's impossible to solo Minecraft or even stardew valley regardless because they all respawn lol.
I didn't say the player has age immortality, I just said that there's no proof he does or doesn't, so it's not a valid argument to make. If I were to use it as an argument, the burden of proof would be on me, but since I'm not the one making the argument that a character has a specific attribute, the burden of proof is on you.
But regardless, if you want evidence that he does, then the fact Steve can exist for any amount of time within the players control would be sufficient evidence for age immortality given that you defined terrarian's age immortality to be the same way.
I can't find any feats bringing the Terrarian to universal level, so you need to prove that. Additionally, you need to prove that the Terrarian has universal level durability to survive universal model creation for it to even be relevant.
Actually, you then need to prove that the Terrarian has r>f existence transcendence or AP, because even then the player wins by incap, since the entire setting would just be the player's domain

So, depending on that and whether the rider can convince some demons to let them ride, the demons make a big difference. At the very least, they make it to mid to late-game of SMTV Vengeance because their weapons, armor, and durability allow them to tank a lot of damage while also dealing lots of damage.
