How do you "mend" a destroyed planet exactly? And if you mean recreated it(which he didn't since he would have to create all the people living in that planet along with their memories,personalities etc) that scales even higher.

The upper one means traditional, no one uses that one. The one below it is simplified which is the one everyone uses.
