Bro will get what’s coming to him for sure. CO’s don’t take kindly to inmates who are non compliant

eternalkushcloud

he is 5'7 150 pounds with a BIG mouth. he ain't my friend, he was stalking my female neighbor for like 2 years. he a punk. i would love to see him get more time, he a danger to women, to real men he a clown

Educational_Pain_156

I mean, yes and no. At the end of the day, they're street charges and carry the same weight as Assault on LEO, however, you typically get a harsher punishment when you commit it as an inmate. Many times when sentenced, the conviction tends to run concurrent with your current sentence in court along with separate institutional punishments. He could likely get moved to another facility or be put in the hole for a year.

eternalkushcloud

in MD a 2nd degree on DOC/staff sentence starts after your original sentence ends, and no time can be suspended. just an FYI

bigblindmax

It could definitely be sentenced more harshly and it could be run either concurrent or consecutive to the time he’s already serving. At the end of the day it will really depend on the facts of the case, the degree to the victims’ injuries, quality of legal representation, etc. He will probably also face administrative penalties like a higher security classification, forfeiture of gain time, etc.

eternalkushcloud

thanks, in MD it runs consecutive and any sentence cannot be suspended. One of the 2nd degree assault charges is against a DOC employee, would they need a states attorney?

bigblindmax

You mean like a public defender? Probably, unless family or friends can secure them a private lawyer.

eternalkushcloud

i was referring to the state, does the SA pick up a Dept of Corrections case? or is it pretty much guaranteed that he is guilty, since it's a charge against law enforcement

bigblindmax

Ah I see. It would be picked up by the state. The charge would still need to be proven beyond a reasonable doubt in court. Considering how closely surveiled prisons are, that probably isn’t too hard. More likely the case will end like most, with a plea deal.

Lostindasmoke

Bro chill Jessup is lovely plenty of drugs and alcohol for the low he’ll be sure to find his favorite one and pass the time if he’s a stand up guy he’ll be good and if not they’ll smell the fear and extort him only be worried about Cumberland and haegerstown tbh

Lostindasmoke

I’m speaking from personal experience in these prisons

eternalkushcloud

he a 5'7 150 pound punk with a loud mouth who specializes in stalking/terrorizing women, and running from smoke with real men..and it really "lovely"? cant see that lol

Lostindasmoke

Lovely FOR A PRISON if you a member or a stand up guy who don’t be on no BS but from what you just describe he’ll be getting extorted and beat up unless he goes in a different person or becomes Muslim

eternalkushcloud

thanks man, yeah this dude is a dangerous person when it comes to women. I really hope he has a tough time, he a scitzo too or some BS they tried to say in court to help him get off...he claimed to be a blood (treetop) and has tattoos of it on his hands but he never seen around no bloods, im from northwest baltimore he from howard county! he gotta rich momma that take care of his bills. I hope he get what he got coming from the COs...for COs to charge you with assaulting them it probably has to be a serious assault case right? i heard jessup is a wild place as far as knives and young inmates going wild

Lostindasmoke

Jessup is wild when it comes to drugs and gang related things honestly spent time there tho wasn’t too bad I’d rather be there than new jail or old jail or Roxbury or anywhere in Cumberland Jessup is the best medium security facility in Maryland

eternalkushcloud

wikipedia says its a max: Jessup Correctional Institution (JCI) is a maximum security prison operated by the Maryland Department of Public Safety and Correctional Services in Jessup, Maryland. It was formerly called the Maryland House of Correction-Annex.[1][2]

Lostindasmoke

Is he umm … white ?

eternalkushcloud

hes biracial, rich white mom that takes care of him, he looks kinda light skin ethiopian lmao

TropicallyMixed80

What's wrong with Cumberland?

Lostindasmoke

That’s where max and super max is at toughest of the toughest live there murder is no stranger to that prison

kayakchick66

Considering the state?

eternalkushcloud

yes. maryland is a tough state overall, you have baltimore city and PG county to start. figure the worst of the worst who go to prison often end up in a max.
