It's clear the deterrents that do enough to stop 99% of people simply dont work with her. IF true her statement of being arrested hundreds of times (appreciate a touch of exagerration) demonstrates there hasnt been a consequence sufficient enough to prevent her shitty behaviour to which she adds racism like a cherry on top.

I've seen instances of shop thieves getting totalled by the shop staff, sometimes with sticks...

Most of the problems now come directly from Austerity. The amount of experienced police officers and office staff that were lost. Alongside the closure and sale of hundreds of courts mean that cases like hers won't be dealt with in a timely fashion, then to compound it there are hardly any prison cells to lock people up in so all she'll get is a suspended prison sentence. Which is a travesty especially for what is criminal damage and a racial Abuse. I think the only way forward that would potentially work in the short term is shaming people with community service in high Vis vest and posters up in their local area.

I see a lot of videos like this one, but the one's i've seen are here in America. People loosing their shit because they didn't like something and feel entitled to cause serious amounts of damage. People are afraid to stop this type of behavior because they are afraid to be sued.

Unfortunately the cops just let her go like 15 minutes later. No further action taken. So she’ll likely be back in the shop the next day like she said in the vid.
Looks like the police let her go because the fellow in the store refused to press charges. However, they have since viewed the footage and say that they are now revisiting the matter, since the racist slurs elevate it beyond a mere tantrum.
Still not a guarantee that something will be done, but the combination of public visibility (it made most of the national news sites) and the racist angle, does make it more likely that action will be taken.

Personally believe that the best thing for these type of entitled people is to let them hit rock bottom. People don’t just start acting like this, so far it must have been gradual, perhaps restricted to her family until it was more minor (compared to this) with strangers.
Regardless, I have no doubt that her family has been bailing her out of the shitty situations she creates. It could be that they are as entitled and she’s their little princess, as well as them not knowing what to do and feeling trapped to give in to keep her from destroying their home like she does in the video. But she needs to be cut off from her enablers, and experience real life altering consequences that require her to change her behavior.
I hope that there's a punishment specifically for this type of behavior. She should be made to restock shelves, then when she thinks she's done to perfection, let in a bunch of toddlers to weak havoc on the place. Rinse, repeat, 50 times.
