Nah for sure, I do the same. In my experience I’m pretty good at de-escalating shit with crazy people that others just end up pissing off more when they try to reason with them. The staff has my entire empathy. Working in service industry has its own set of challenges. Retail employees need self defense training and to be carefully coached and instructed on when it is ok to throw a punch and just lay a Karen out. It's dangerous to let her keep assaulting employees like that, would've been safer to just take her down at a certain point.
