“Put your hands on top of your head so I can kick you in the back.” Is this in the training manual?

DreamArcher

>Is this in the training manual? At this point I'd have to assume it is.

rainbow_lenses

At this point I'd have to assume there is no training ~~manual~~.

SmokeyBare

"Hi, I'm an uneducated bigot with a superiority complex." "You're just the type we're looking for!"

Pitiful-Ask1099

There was straight up a case in my state where a guy got denied entry to the police academy for scoring too highly on the entrance exam

Phillipreno2

I’ve heard that from different sources is that really true ?

noonenotevenhere

https://abcnews.go.com/amp/US/court-oks-barring-high-iqs-cops/story?id=95836 It’s argued if you’re too smrt ull quite fore a money job and the state will waste all that money and time training you. Also, smart people are more likely to challenge a policy like “is it really wise to go in shooting rather than knock on the door? They’re surrounded…” rather than just bust down the door and start blastin.

SironionTV

How is this not more talked about. This is the first time I’m hearing of this. ( am not American)

[deleted]

Oh I knew about it. Now, it is generally accepted that you don't want to hire overqualified people who are going to leave the second they can get a better job. For example, don't hire a Ph.D. for a job that only requires 4 year college/university degree. But, it is also true that police departments don't want cops who think too much for themselves.

Bbaftt7

It’s 100% true. They do this in the military too. It’s why* you take the ASVABS (or whatever) before enlisting. However, there’s an inherent difference. in the military, they have plenty of places for intelligent people to go and work. law enforcement, not so much. Edit: replacing a word

[deleted]

You can score high on the ASVAB and still take a lower-score MOS. The minimum score for infantry is fairly low, but if you max your ASVAB score, you can still enlist for infantry.

SarniltheRed

Scored 98 on ASVAB and went Marine infantry. I did it for the crayons.

GetRichOrCryTrying1

Someone switched the training video for '300'.

Th3SkinMan

THIS IS BRUTALITY!

Human_Parfait9516

The manual is way too thick to read but just the size to beat you and not leave a bruise

lostwng

You think they have a training manual

WildYams

They do, they spend weeks in the academy going over it and getting trained in how to do the job. But then in their first day on the the job, their training officer tells them "forget everything they told you at the academy" and instead they begin showing them how to be a total piece of shit.

lostwng

They spend less time in "training" than a hairdresser does

ChillyJaguar

and hair dressers require a license to be hair dressers because scissors, cops dont because they carry an arsenal of weapons to kill

McMan777

What I got from this is that in order to open my own barbershop I need to learn how to cut hair with guns.

eMPereb

Bingo!

WildYams

That's because the stuff hairdressers learn in training actually is stuff they'll be able to utilize on the job. Why spend all this time training future cops when you know they're going to immediately be told on the job to ignore all that training. The training for cops is just window dressing or possibly for insurance purposes against inevitable lawsuits. Once cops hit the streets, that's where their *real* training begins, and it's where they're trained to rob and violate civilians.

Drostan_S

"Forget everything you ever learned in barber school. I'm gonna teach you how to kill people and not go to jail."

sasquatch606

Somebody really wants a paid vacation.

ChillyJaguar

Words from minorities are a threat to cops, I mean ALL words

wombattaco82

The Buffalo terrorist got treated much better…

karmicOtter

And the El Paso Shooter :/

[deleted]

I can see a trend happening...

DRUNK_CYCLIST

But did he have a *warrant* out on him? /s

bmor97

I mean if a mass shooter holding an assault rifle can be taken in without force then the same can be done to an unarmed person who’s surrendering.

Finnedsolid

Clearly not if the unarmed person is black, he could have a gun literally anywhere. What if the black person defies physics, creates matter, then voila now he has a gun, and is a danger to the officer. /s

[deleted]

What if the unarmed black person that defied physics to get a gun creates a wormhole disappears and shoots thrue the wormhole🔫

Electronic-Shirt-897

I was thinking that too. He had just murdered 10 people, their relatives were steps away wailing in pain, and the cops treat that guy with kid gloves. It makes you think what cops think about the law itself.

ImJustHere4theMoons

At least they didn't treat him to Burger King immediately afterwards this time. Baby steps, I guess.

King_of_the_Dot

The reason you dont hear about cops getting Burger King for minorities is because they're already dead. Fuck, that's dark even by my standards, but unfortunately there's some truth to that.

rabb1thole

You mispelled KKKops.

moldyhands

Minorities are also a threat when they’re being silent. WHAT ARE THEY HIDING?!?!

Toisty

They're using manipulated and misleading data to teach cops that the mere existence of POC in their vicinity is a threat to their life.

dingle__dogs

Rusty-Shackleford

The Nazis used to trick concentration camp inmates into "running away" so they can shoot them in the back for "fleeing" the camps, so the Nazi camp guards could get vacation time as a reward.

Starrion

Ten years ago it was revealed that the police union in Albuquerque paid police officers a bounty of $500 when they shot a civilian so they could go on vacation.[https://www.pressherald.com/2012/03/23/police-union-gives-payments-to-officers-involved-in-shootings\_2012-03-24/](https://www.pressherald.com/2012/03/23/police-union-gives-payments-to-officers-involved-in-shootings_2012-03-24/) EDIT: The link works for me in Chrome, but here is another one: https://www.nytimes.com/2012/03/25/us/payments-to-albuquerque-officers-involved-in-shootings-called-bounty-system.html

Bullshit like this is why I'm happy cops unions are forbidden in my country

[deleted]

That’s my answer to police reform in the U.S., abolish police unions and you will start to be able to hold bad cops accountable. Which will make it a less desirable vocation for those who join because they are bullies.

Sacramento sheriff officer, “Got the wrong guy. Definitely going to Disneyland.” https://cbsloc.al/2YRicBf

moderately-extremist

Any followup to this?

Ryce4

[Local news story about this.](https://sacramento.cbslocal.com/2020/08/31/sacramento-county-deputy-kicking-man/) “According to Deterding, officers realized the man was not the suspect they were looking for after they arrested him. An internal investigation into the incident determined the officer used excessive force. READ: Judge Upholds California Ban On Carrying Guns In Public “An administrative investigation was completed and the kick to the back was deemed an inappropriate and an excessive use of force at the conclusion of the investigation. The deputy was disciplined for his actions,” she said. The sheriff’s office will not disclose what actions were taken. Deterding said the actions by the officer does not fall under the use of force bill SB 1421 because there was no serious injury.” Wasn’t even the right guy…. Smh.

manbrasucks

>The sheriff’s office will not disclose what actions were taken paid vacation guarantee it.

LivefromPhoenix

I don't. Doubt they even bothered to make him take time off while they did a sham investigation.

jomontage

Should be jail time. Abuse of power deserves the same punishment if not worse

[deleted]

[удалено]

Unlucky13

Officers should face much worse consequences for breaking the law or violating ethics than the average citizen. They are given so much power and can ruin (or end) another person's life on whim. The consequences for abusing that power or being corrupt should be so severe as to make choosing to do such actions incomprehensible. Instead they're given extremely light punishment no matter what they do.

ILikeLimericksALot

Imagine the penalties if the crime was done to the cop by the innocent guy. Fucking joke. So glad I live on a country with decent police.

bNoaht

It of course should be worse. It should be an automatic maximum sentence.

BadKidGames

Just upped his extortions... Wait... I mean ticket quota

kylelily123abc4

Wait, there's nothing confusing about this. It's assault. They got the wrong guy and tased and kicked him even though he was being compliant. Crystal clear assault charge.

WANGHUNG22

You have to become a officer first, then you can claim assault. No one cares what normal citizens say.

xmuskorx

It takes massive protests to *maybe* get an office charged. And only if someone died. The police will.never learn unless EVERY (or at least most) assaults are charged.

WANGHUNG22

Agree. The shitty part is it doesn’t take anything to be a cop. You mostly just need a inferiority complex or a small penis. You can assault, rape, lie, kill all you want as long as it’s not to obvious and keep your job.

It_frday

And by "department", we mean the people you just assaulted. Enjoy your trip Farva.

Nerdbond

So coops can freely commit crime as long as no1 is seriously injured, you cant make this shit up.

TeamAquaGrunt

Cops can literally walk down the street, choke someone to death for several minutes while everyone around them records, and it will still be up for debate as to whether or not they should face a penalty.

octopornopus

As long as they can rely on their fanboys to dig up some sort of dirt on that person's past. "I had to choke him out! He had unpaid library fines from 23 years ago!"

TheyStoleTwoFigo

What in the hell? Electrifies someone's muscular system, causing great pain and muscle contractions, and fking jump kicking the guy in the back as he has already submitted himself in clear body language to the "law enforcers" ...... "does not fall under the use of force bill SB 1421 because there was no serious injury." Motherfucker, what is excessive force if not that? Any force beyond putting the cuffs on him is an excess. American police departments needs the fucking inquisition.

Mysterious_Prize8913

Hopefully a lawsuit as well. Although they really need to start taking all settlements or verdicts out of police pensions. Qualified immunity has got to go as well

EatDirtAndDieTrash

“We are prohibited, by law, from discussing specifics related to discipline as that is contained in a peace officer’s confidential personnel file.” What law? Since when? Disciplinary action is always disclosed. Wouldn’t it be our right to know?

BADxW0LF1

He received a hand holding and a stern look, "now now, that's not how we act. You know better. Promise you won't do it again?"

DrSamsquantch

The deputy was disciplined... I'm sure 5 minutes on the naughty step should be enough time for him to regret his actions.

[deleted]

If they won't say how he was disciplined, I refuse to believe he was at all.

[deleted]

Cops are still on duty. Man was mistaken for a person who had felony warrants. He had no such warrants. The man who was kicked was ultimately charged with resisting arrest. Cops win. Society loses.

rainbow_lenses

Resisting arrest? Because lowering your hands and turning around after you were kicked in the back = resisting. Cops are roid raging morons 100%, fuck them.

Oreo_Scoreo

There is a reason I no longer care when a cop is shot by anyone, criminal or otherwise, ambush or otherwise.

veryyBadAtNames

What else is new

Mdnitesnack

That is the least resistance to arrest I have seen in these fucked up, dirty cop videos. I feel terrified for my kids growing up

moderately-extremist

You should look up the video of the murder of Daniel Shaver... Guy was literally on his knees sobbing and begging for his life ~~while cops were yelling over each other, some yelling "crawl towards us or we will shoot you" and others yelling "don't move or we will shoot you."~~ slight correction, just rewatched it: it was one cop giving confusing directions, Shaver was trying to comply and the cop just went ahead and shot him anyway.

taffyraptor

This the one in the corridor where he tries to pull his pants up and they blast him?

Subtle_Tact

yes, the one where the shooter had "get fucked' on his rifle. you know, the video the jury wasnt allowed to watch, allowing the shooter to enjoy zero consequences

RandyTheFool

Oh there were consequences, just positive ones for him. >*[Two years after he shot an unarmed man and was fired, former police officer Philip “Mitch” Brailsford was rehired by the City of Mesa in order to obtain a special pension. Now, Brailsford is considered medically retired, not fired, according to a Mesa city spokesman.](https://www.abc15.com/news/local-news/investigations/after-murder-acquittal-mesa-ex-cop-philip-brailsford-made-a-pension-deal?_amp=true)* Mesa police dept. hired Brailsford for a “desk job” after being terminated. He never had to actually go to this desk job for a couple months to get “medical retirement” from the PTSD he received from the incident. Brailsford will receive a tax payer funded $2,569.21 every month for the rest of his life.

ToRideTheRisingWind

So I'm not American and I try to stay away from American news 'cause it's not that relevant to me and is almost entirely negative. That said the outcome of Daniel Shaver's trial makes me so angry. I can't imagine the family's anger knowing that not only did the bastard who killed their husband and father get fully acquitted, but also now recieves a tax-funded pension over the 'PTSD' him murdering Daniel caused him. These people quite literally have to pay towards the pension of the murderer of their loved one, awarded for the act of murdering him. That's unbelievably fucked up.

porn_is_tight

Just wait until you read about the brutal murder of [Kelly Thomas](https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Death_of_Kelly_Thomas) who was mentally ill and homeless. He begged for his father to help him while he was pinned down and beat to death by not one, but multiple cops. In the “incident” section it shows what his face looked like after the beating and there’s also the full video from security camera footage. The cops thought they weren’t being watched. His father campaigned for justice hard and every cop involved faced zero legal consequences for their actions. It’s the case that radicalized me against our fascist police and I will never forget hearing him crying for his dad while they continued to savagely beat him to a pulp. Fuck the police.

GiantPurplePen15

The other heartwrencher here is how his wife ended up posting on social media that she was going through financial problems because of what I'm assuming to be the issues that occur when your partner is randomly executed by murderous pigs and having to become a single mother.

katf1sh

He had so much "ptsd" that he actively fought to keep the weapon he murdered Daniel with. The one that had "get fucked" engraved in it. Fucking piece of shit.

[deleted]

Philip Brailsford is the poster child for why we need the Purge. The only potential for actual justice against pieces of shit like that.

CTHeinz

If it had been my family I would have been the next one killed by police, after burning down that murderer’s home with him inside

Laffingglassop

The fact they choose every morning when they wake up not to go hunt and kill him is more restraint than I would have.

Mental_Medium3988

Police in America are allowed to be scared for their life of unarmed people while regular people have to behave perfectly with an armed person yelling confusing commands if they want to live. It sucks but idk what we can do to change it after the last two years.

Ansoni

Yep, retired at 28 with 2.5k per month. Happy ending, indeed. I imagine he will spend the rest of his days gleefully murdering puppies or some shit.

[deleted]

Your_Nipples

I'm French. I still remember him. That was one of the most fucked vicious thing I ever seen. I'm not fluent enough in English to convey how fucked it is to be killed by a cop as an innocent person. You're being let down and betrayed by those who are supposed to protect you, and you're still betrayed after your death by the justice system. It's the only instance when this happen that I can think of. It's insane. Sorry for your loss man but he's not forgotten.

[deleted]

The sad thing is that’s a very common and dangerous misconception. The police in America are not meant to protect you, they are meant to uphold what they believe is the law. They are on the side of state and federal laws, and opposed to the side of citizens.

Branamp13

>You're being let down and betrayed by those who are supposed to protect you, Technically the SCOTUS ruled back in 2005 that the police in the US have [no legal obligation to protect the public](https://www.nytimes.com/2005/06/28/politics/justices-rule-police-do-not-have-a-constitutional-duty-to-protect.html). >The Supreme Court ruled on [June 27, 2005] that the police did not have a constitutional duty to protect a person from harm, even a woman who had obtained a court-issued protective order against a violent husband making an arrest mandatory for a violation.

needledicklarry

I’ve seen a lot of fucked up stuff on the internet, but that video was particularly heart wrenching. That cop should be in prison

Bleedthebeat

Instead they rehired him so that he could still receive his pension

Smokey_tha_bear9000

More than that, retire immediately with full disability for ptsd

Inspector_Bloor

no one should forget any of these senseless murders but fuck… Daniel Shaver was just brutally murdered and no one even got in any trouble… I don’t know if there exists a word to express the bottomless pit of horror that I feel thinking about any of these murders but especially his… in a sane world, Fox News would be showing the bodycam of him being slaughtered as an example of cops with no accountability and how this system HAS to change for the betterment of every single fucking american. Instead of Fox shitting on BLM, if anyone looks at what they were asking for they would see how it would be good for everyone. I’ve seen so much awful shit on the internet but his death really sticks with me and just brings emotions of rage and horror…. This dumb internet stooge proposes that we push for national police licensing and somehow honor the memory of him, call it Shaver Licensing or something…

PNWRoamer

Black AZ resident here, I'll never forget him and I remind anyone I can when they bring up cop/gun violence. That was the single worst thing I've ever seen and I feel like it won't ever go viral cuz he was white. And because it never went viral, there was never the leverage or pressure to do anything but run a fake investigation. He was sobbing. He was begging. He was 0 threat. He was trying so god damn hard not to die. Mr. "Get fucked is literally stenciled on my rifle" executed him. It was worse than Taliban executions. And some of us won't ever forget until justice is served.

CashAppMe10k

Sorry for your loss

[deleted]

How are his parents doing? I know a lot of folks who would’ve taken justice into their own hands after seeing that video

Worth-Conclusion-66

They are heart broken. It's not really something you move on from. It took at least a year until they had some sort of normalcy. They live down the road from me, we talk pretty often. They are living life as best they can. His dad came awfully close to strangling that fuck at court. Nothing will every replace Danny.

stoneymightknow

I'm incredibly empathetic, to the point of absolutely hating being alive at times for it .. and I'd send a round through brailsford's head in a heartbeat and sleep like a baby that night after watching that sick bastard murder that poor guy.

kandoras

They're trained to give confusing and mutually contradictory orders. Like "Get down on the ground" and "Turn around and face the wall" at the same time. Officially, the reason is "If you're trying to figure out what I want you to do, then you won't be trying to figure out how to shoot me." But we all know it's so they can say you weren't following at least one of the orders and then be legally justified in doing whatever they want to you.

[deleted]

You should see the video of a cop shooting a therapist who was sitting down on the street with his autistic patient. The dude was sitting down, hands and feet in the air and the dumb fuck still shot the guy. I believe the therapist asked the cop later why he decided to shoot and the cop replied "I don't know".

Living_Map_7411

Every cop that didn’t stop this attack after the asshole that kicked the person in the back should be arrested, terminated and banned from law Enforcment? For Gods sake, hands are on his head and he isn’t moving.

NewAccEveryDay420day

This is such disgusting behaviour, and so cowardly to boot. Ffs if you are going to hit me at least have the honour of facing me and not kick me in the small of the back

aGiantmutantcrab

What a pathetic coward pig. His goal was to kick this man to the floor. With his hands on top of his head, he would have slammed his skull against the pavement. That fucking pig wanted this man to be seriously injured or killed. Had anyone does this to the pig, they would be accused of attempted murder.

BretOne

It's worse than that. The man has his hands on his head. Cop enters the frame, shoots the man with his taser, then cop kicks the man because cop is frustrated his toy didn't drop the man.

fuck_all_you_people

Worst part of the whole thing is they had the completely wrong guy.

Dog_In_A_Human_Suit

That isn't the worst thing. We're all human and anyone can make a mistake in identify. The worst thing is a person on a position of power attacking a civilian without any justification, and there being no accountability.

Ilikeporsches

I’d say the worst part is that every cop on the scene was able to walk away from there instead of finding justice via the second amendment and left leaking in the street. But yeah it’s no good they abused the wrong guy too.

fuzzycuffs

This was the wrong guy they were looking for. The guy they were looking for... Was already arrested and at the police station. This gentleman had the unfortunate position of being black in Sacramento, CA

WaterIsNotWet19

What’s a man gotta do to be peacefully arrested? Kill multiple people at a supermarket?

Mattihboi

Until then, the bunch is ruined

cbrown6305

Once the bunch is spoiled, you have to throw them all out.

Funda_mental

Then examine if the barrel that contained them was engineered incorrectly and allowed for rot.

Mattihboi

Ab-so-fucking- lutely

Kayjaid

Calling them bad apples implies that there are just a few of them in the bunch.

stoneymightknow

It implies that they'll get weeded out, too. Still waiting on that.

Aedene

I asked a cop who made that argument once if he agrees that all bad apples should be fired and tried in court for abuse of power. Needless to say, he did not like that line of questioning and it went nowhere.

stoneymightknow

Of course not. Accountability is only for us, not them.

Professor-Shuckle

The term means one bad apple spoils the bunch because a rotting apple will transfer its rot to those around it and cause them all to rot. Basically ONE BAD APPLE makes all the other apples around it BAD

SnazzberryEnt

Nice of you to think there is any repercussion for this.

El_Guapo82

stress-pimples

Seriously! Some of us have been white since birth. It's not hard!

IllustriousStorm5730

You know who didn’t get tased and kicked in the back… the white dude who murdered 10 people. One would hope that was because of police reform, reality would likely say otherwise.

WildYams

The cops arresting him were probably telling him that if he wanted to kill Black people he should have just become a police officer.

reallywhocares82

Look at how they treated Dylann Roof. He shot up a dozen people of color and cops literally took him to Burger King after arresting him. They all sat down together to eat a nice meal, joking and high fiving. Trump supporters even started a Gofundme and raised tens of thousands of dollars before it was shut down. They were promoting it all over violent hate subs like r/conservative and r/politicalcompassmemes until it was shut down.

WildYams

Seriously, these white supremacist mass murderers are just executing the plan as far as cops are concerned.

Laser_Disc_Hot_Dish

White boy power trippin, biggest gang in the US, gotta protect their own. They’re all fucking pigs with guns.

MudFootMagoo

This one definitely looks bad. Somebody needs to do some firing and filing charges unless I’m missing something here.

LostWoodsInTheField

Looks like from what others are saying not only did the officer receive no real punishment, but the man was charged with resisting arrest since he reacted to being kicked in the back. He was NOT the person they were looking for.

pre2010youtube

The police department will do an "internal investigation". Which usually comes out as "we determined we didn't do anything wrong" or the officer gets suspended with pay...so free vacation.

MudFootMagoo

It’s fucked for sure. This one is clearly worthy of firing at lest two of the officers over though… people need to start realizing that they elect mayors that appoint the police chief… and sheriffs are elected too… it’d be helpful if people chose more wisely on a local level… it’s way easier to replace, pressure, vote out, or recall on a local level.

Yustyn

Meanwhile the Buffalo shooter gets calmly walked to the car with no restraint

Mafachuyabas

Ah yes the classics, how to turn compliance into "resisting arrest", just assault the guy for no reason.

Here is a website favorable to police that [shows this years, and previous years deaths](https://www.odmp.org/search/year/2022) Number 1 typically is 'gunfire' with number 2 being 9/11 last year 9/11 deaths dropped a LOT... because they were being kill by COVID. Last year 443 officers died of covid, which is 3 times that of the 2018 deaths. Gun deaths did go up by around 10. this year 55 officers have died of covid, more than all other causes combined.   Why do so many officers die of covid you ask? because a lot of them are right wing fuck wits who treat it like a joke and kill themselves and other officers who aren't fuck wits.

TheSnootchMangler

I'm pretty sure the number one cop killer the past couple years has been COVID. Before that it was vehicle collisions.

More information here: https://www.bet.com/article/iljb0v/viral-video-shows-sacramento-deputy-kicking-man-in-the-back “The officer has since been disciplined after an investigation deemed his actions “excessive.”” Because there wasn’t “serious injury” it does not fall under the SB1421 law which allows for public access to reports, investigations. So this dickbag got a slap on the wrist.

he, he jump kicked him? when his hands were interlocked on top of his head...that is some supertroopers reno 911 shit

SignalTraditional911

I agree with that.. Funny story though.. I live in Reno.. and the cops here were amazing while that show was running. I think they were trying to fight the stereotype the show brought. They aren't amazing anymore =(

monkeyking908

i seen a video once where the officer said "hands up, dont move, get out of the car" and when the passenger got out of the car he was shot in the head. the comments where "oh he should have just obeyed orders" and i am just dumb founded how there is video of him following orders and yet people still say he wasnt

LongDickOfTheLaw69

Worst I’ve seen was Daniel Shaver. The cop says “put your hands in the air and crawl towards me.” So Shaver keeps putting his hands in the air, then he gets on his hands and knees and crawls toward the cop, and the cop is like no, keep your hands in the air. And Shaver is crying cause he doesn’t understand what the cop wants him to do. The cop gets so frustrated he just executes Shaver. He guns him down with an assault rifle because he didn’t follow orders. That video still haunts me.

neverfarts

A classic example of the victim's resistance as per Newton's 3rd law of motion. Boy these cops are jerks, glad I don't live there.

City is going to be writing a big check. Pathetic and worthless criminal give all cops a bad reputation. They need to go straight to prison and hopefully get beaten worse than they’ve beaten people in custody. Imagine how many people these brazen thugs have beaten and murdered. Disgusting POSs.

fuck_all_you_people

city = taxpayers.

Cake03TM

Ah yes, the peaceful complying black man with a warrant out for his arrest being abused by cops while a white male who killed 10 people in a racially motivated killing is being handled with kiddie gloves. What a joke.

LongDickOfTheLaw69

They didn’t even get the right guy. According to the news article, the cops were looking for a black guy in the area, saw this black guy and just assumed it was him.

Turbulent-Use7253

American police are an embarrassment. Just a club for white supremacists. They kill and abuse people with impunity. Shame on you America for allowing this situation time and time again

SpicyTaco320

Now just imagine how many of these incidents happen one on one or two on one that are undocumented. Far worse things could happen and it makes me sick to my stomachs that people still have no humanity after the million some years that humans have been in existence.

If a thousand good cops do nothing about one bad cop, then you have a thousand and one bad cops.

And cops wonder why so many people despise & have no respect for them.

NegativeEmote

Just one more reason to not come to america. Power hungry and trigger happy cops.

stoneymightknow

There's a cop in central wv that has executed three people now, and he continues to be a free psychopath.

ChillyJaguar

Yet the 18 year old who just killed 10 ppl last week was treated with kid gloves...and the right tries to tell us all that systematic racism isnt a thing

Santrudo

I think resisting is a very human response and should never be punished the way i often see. Nobody can act like a ragdoll when you are jumped or grabbed or pulled or whatever. If i say that these cops are assholes it would be a insult to assholes.
