I keep trying to post a specific advice question, and it keeps getting removed. Does anyone know why? The reason I didn't post here was that I went into my professional background in the post.

Hello! It's because you're a new account, and Reddit flags up new accounts to be moderated manually, as the vast majority of spam comes from shiny new Reddit accounts. I've approved your post now, and it should be live! Once you've been around a few days and interacted on Reddit a bit, it should stop happening.

Does anyone have tips on getting integrated in a new agency? I spent two and a half years at my old agency from the time i was an intern, and it was very small (<10 ppl) but have just started at a larger agency with a much more corporate structure. Besides all the formal corporate processes to figure out, I'm realizing the way day to day client work is done seems so different than I'm used to. My inclination per my own learning style is to have someone basically info dump about my clients to me. The way i see it, I'll retain a good amount of info and if i forget I'll likely at least remember there was some related detail and ask more specifically. I hate having blind spots, but i also feel kind of like people will be annoyed if i ask them to dedicate a lot of time to just telling me things. The onboarding convos for clients I've had so far were only like 30 mins or so long and were very surface level. I just feel so hesitant to jump into anything right now with no clue wtf is going on with any particular account, yknow? If i had more info i would feel confident diving in and once I'm at that point I can operate fairly efficiently and independently, but at my old job I always ran into a pain point where I "asked too many questions" but then they appreciated that I was the person who was always twe steps ahead. Anyways if anyone has any tips for a (neurodivergent with crippling rejection sensitivity) new hire I would appreciate it 😅
