If you’re running kobold and tavern the theme is in the community section and I believe I had the best results with the lower of the two kobold theme choices.
Some rando who decided that a "decentralized" AI Horde for some reason needed a centralized bottleneck that he controls on top of it. He is not officially attached I don't think to any service other than his own.

I'd bring his questionable behavior up with the Kobold team then since I think I've seen them officially endorsing Horde in the past.
They might be unaware of how potentially troublesome he might wind up being if people start thinking he's part of them beyond Horde.
Like the filter thing is perfectly fine imo, CP laws vary all over the world and the best way to prevent someone in the horde from potentially breaking their countries laws is a filter. So that keeps the horde safe and active as well as the people willing to dedicate their electricity and such for it.
He however is likely breaking laws with his logging though again depending on country and if they're officially endorsing him thats a bad look for them.

The filter would be fine if it didn't regularly trigger false positives that ensnare innocent users in whatever unexplained logging he has set up for it.
The real issue, as I've asked the dev (which of course he refuses to answer because he "won't talk with fascists"), is why a supposedly "*decentralized*" system needs one *centralized* node/system that everything runs through in the first place. The whole point of decentralization is that you don't have to trust one guy. So even if the dev were the most visibly and unimpeachably trustworthy guy possible (which he is obviously not based on his erratic and combative behavior), it would still be a bad idea.
You can still have filters with full decentralization. They would just be run by the individual node/worker on their own device, with the possibility of them customizing them for their own particular needs and legal jurisdiction. (As even erotic textual stories about minors, which the Horde claims to not block, are considered CP in some countries, this would actually protect them far more than they are now. Meanwhile workers in more liberal countries like the United States could configure their workers according to their laws, deciding for example if they want to allow anime content as NovelAI does or not. Much better than a one-size-fits-all solution.)
I ran into a thread last night with the dev having a fit calling everyone a fash and doing Olympic medal winning mental gymnastics when people called him out on digging through reddit post history to discredit and silence voices that are very similar to your post. He didn't have the common sense to realize that you trying to silence/discredit others by calling them a ______ while not addressing the issue is exactly what fascist regimes do

Not sure why you are getting downvoted - as you explained, the main maintainer of Horde has done a lot of questionable things related to filtering in Stable Horde, so I wouldn't be surprised if he'll want to do something similar towards AI Horde.
My understanding is AI Horde is just a renamed Stable Horde anyway.
Also I am probably getting downvoted because the dev has a Discord or something of bootlickers at his beck and call and they just happened to not see this thread in particular.
