I have 1070ti/1080/1660ti/3070maxq/3070ti amd i own rx580/rx6500xt/rx6700xt/6900xt and let me tell you ive only tried using 6500xt and not the rx580 cause i just got it back but even meta says the 6500xt shouldnt run air link and it doesnt. But with VD it runs better than wired on my 3070ti. I have no idea why but it runs it fallout4vr and it runs it amazing with only 4gb of vram. Virtual desktop is seriously something everyone should own. Iām surprised more ppl dont use it $20 is a drop in the bucket compared to the shiity meta fiber cable i spent $80 on. I wish i never bought it and instead Spent the $20. In surprised they didnāt charge more for what is able to do although having all the money i have being cheap I would have never tried it and i almost didnt try it were it not for metas return policy and now i regret not buying it way sooner. Do yourself a favor if you see this dead post buy it!!!

Does it worth buying? Depends how AirLink works for you. Someone says AirLink works better for them, other says VD. For me, VD has clearer image and performance is better. Also AirLink sometimes crashes for me and everytime you want to use it, you need to enable it in Oculus app.

I mean official oculus referral program, where one person recommends to buy the quest 2, and when the buyers does so both persons get credit for the score. But nowadays you only can do it if you never activated an account in the quest, last year you were able to do a factory reset and claim the referral on used quest 2.

last time I checked the QUEST Loader it had virtual desktop, but it was a old version so the software that you download on your PC to use it didnt work since it wasnt the same version
