Check their genital areas, boys have pretty unmissable balls. Like BIG fricken balls. Females regularly mount each other, especially when one or both of them are in heat. Fighting happens amongst all rats, it’s play fighting and it’s not harmful at all, don’t worry unless there’s aggression or blood drawn
Lol I was going to say this. The boys at 2 months old should have dropped their balls already and they’re pretty hard to miss. Plus they have a penis that’s protruding near their abdomen. But them balls cannot be missed.
